The climax also saw the ordination of 26 ministers including a female.

The three-day event brought together Reverend Ministers across the country and some international delegates from West Africa and beyond.

The event was on the theme: Harvest Time Today: “Achieving the Great Commission through Human Resource Development.”

Reverend Dr Ernest Adu-Gyamfi, Executive President of the GBC caution the newly ordained ministers to be circumspect in the discharge of their duties.

He said the Reverend Ministerial title is not for life but for the purpose of the spread of the gospel and of good exemplary life for generations to follow and practice.

The Executive President maintained that Christians must practice Christianity to the perfection of what Christ set for His followers and urged them to place premium on the Ministerial title and act as accordingly.

He said it is important for Christians to be committed and strong in the spread of the word of Christ to facilitate the expansion of the religion.

He encouraged members of the Convention to be more accessible and make their churches attractive to their congregants.
