Airtel Nigeria under its 2ND episode of its Touching Lives project has come to the aid of two women making them economically independent.

The women include a widow called mother Rhoda and Foluso Pamilerin both single mothers. Mother Rhoda was offered a means of livelihood so that she could further the education of a poet daughter called Blessing to realize her dream of becoming a medical doctor in the future.
The company also empowered madam Pamilerin , paralyzed for the past 12 years in her bead business to enable her bring up her child to become responsible citizen in the future. With her side of her story, she was dupped by her boyfriend few years who also left her with a child after she had an ?Okada? accident. A natural born survivor, madam Pamilerin turned her immobility into a small beading business, her new life and providing training to others, empowering them to survive their own situations to become entrepreneurs.
The director of communications and CRS of Airtel Nigeria, Emeka Oparah stated that the company is happy with the successes of the lives of the two women and hopes to touch more lives in the future of many Nigerians.
He noted that Airtel Nigeria is one of the leading telecommunication network in Nigeria which has been embarking on social and developmental projects such as fulfill thelife- long ambitions of the twomen women of becoming economically independent.
