Jarvis Peprah

FORMER COMMUNICATIONS Director of uncrowned league champions, Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Jarvis Peprah, has charged the Porcupine Warriors to make winning the Africa Champions League their prime target next season.

He lauded Kotoko for conquering the 15 remaining teams to win the league trophy this season, in an exclusive chat with DAILY GUIDE SPORTS, stressing that “the next target should be Africa.”

Peprah said Kotoko should at least reach the money zone of the lucrative Africa Champions League next season so as to draw more money to the club’s coffers.

The ex Kotoko official, who was briefly the CEO of  the club in 2006, said the club last reached the money zone of the Africa Champions League in 2006, insisting that now was time for Kotoko to repeat that feat.

He praised the entire Kotoko family, including the current management led by Dr. K.K. Sarpong, the technical team, players and supporters for winning the league.

Mr. Peprah also congratulated Berekum Chelsea for making Ghana proud by reaching the lucrative group stage of the Africa Champions League this season, urging them to go for the ultimate.
