Mrs Queenstar Pokuaa Sawyer, the Member of Parliament for Agona East, has donated a Foton Tunland pick-up to the Regional National Democratic Congress (NDC) executives to ensure their effective day-to-day operations of the party.

She said the donation was to facilitate the work of the regional executives who were handicapped in terms of transportation to help them to achieve their objective of winning the 2016 general election.
Mrs Sawyer, who is also the Deputy Central Regional Minister, urged the executives to go to the length and breadth of the region to propagate the good works done by the Mahama-led NDC administration and to help them achieve their target of winning all 23 seats in the Region.
Mr. Central Regional Chairman the director in charge of operations, who received the car on behalf of the party, thanked the Minister for her kind gesture and called on other gurus of the party in the Region to emulate her.
He pledged that the executive would work extra hard and put the car to good use to achieve the purpose for which it was given to ensure that president Mahama was retained in 2016.
Mr. Bernard Allotey Jacobs, the Central Regional Chairman of the Party, advised NDC supporters not to be discouraged by the “dumsor” problem but propagate the good works that the government had done for Ghanaians to judge by themselves.
