Albert Adomah opened his English Championship goal account by scoring for Bristol City in their 4-1 win over Crystal Palace on Tuesday night.

The 25-year-old sealed the victory for the Robins in the 82nd minute with a fine effort at the Ashton Gate Stadium before 20,000 home fans.

Adomah hit a powerful right-footed shot to the lower left corner from the right channel after escaping a Palace defender on the right flank.

He scored four times in the pre-season for City.
