Ex-Ashantigold trainer Yaw Acheampong has charged his colleagues to sign proper contracts to prevent wanton dismissals.

Many local coaches have been sacked without any compensation due to lack of paper work on their terms of engagements.

Some coaches out of desperation are enticed into taken up jobs when they have not duly signed binding documents- which becomes a convenient excuse for owners to exploits them to their own advantage.

Former Black Stars midfielder Yaw Acheampong was sacked by Ashantigold in 2012 but was compensated.

?I can tell you that it?s about of the contract signed with club Administrators before coaches join up a club,? he told Dunkwa-On-Offin-based Solar Fm

?If you do it well, sometimes club Administrators are afraid to sack you for fear that they would have to dole out huge compensatory packages.

?For instance, as I was leaving AshGold some seasons back, they had to sit down with me and meet my demands before I left all because of the contract I had with them.

?They couldn?t just get up and tell me to leave. I had to make sure I was duly compensated.?

Ex-Hearts trainer David Duncan is currently battling the club over wrongful dismissal at the Ghana FA.
