Stefano Cabizza, a 19-year-old student from northern Italy, recently wrote a letter to Pope Francis. It was pleasant but unremarkable, telling the pope about his life and his hopes that he?d find a job at the end of his studies.

To Cabizza?s shock, Pope Francis personally responded to the letter with a phone call. Actually, he phoned Cabizza twice ? because the teenager was out the first time. ?I couldn?t believe it. We laughed and joked for about eight minutes,? Cabizza said.

He added that he was impressed by the ?humility? of Pope Francis, who told Cabizza to address him with the informal pronoun ?tu? ? used with friends and people you?re close to ? instead of the more formal ?lei.? ?It was the most beautiful day of my life,? Cabizza said.[Source]
