A total of Fifteen babies were delivered at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra on Christmas and Boxing Day as at 1300 hours when the GNA visited the hospital.

The Hospital on Christmas Day delivered nine babies and on Boxing Day, six deliveries so far.

The new born babies were made up of seven females and eight males, out of which six came through normal delivery, while nine went through caesarean section.

Ms Deborah Boateng, the Principal Nursing Officer, 37 Hospital, told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) on Wednesday that, all the babies and their mothers were healthy and doing well.

She said the babies born on Boxing Day were delivered from midnight till the time of GNA’s visit.
