Stephen Appiah expects a huge turnout for Ghana?s 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Mauritius on Sunday.

The Black Stars posted a narrow 1-0 win over neighbours Togo in an international friendly on Monday with Portugal-based midfielder Bernard Mensah scoring a wonder goal.

Coach Avram Grant?s men will be playing at the Accra sports stadium for the first time in over two years with fears it could record a low turnout.

But former Black Stars captain Stephen Appiah is confident the stadium will be filled to capacity.

?It has been a long time since the Black Stars played at the Accra Stadium so I think the fans will come to the venue to watch the team in action,? Appiah is quoted by Happy FM.

The West African giants will also play Rwanda and Madagascar in their group.
