The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced it will hold the 2013 African Nations Cup’s (AFCON) draw on October 26.

Hicham El Amrani, the General Secretary of the continental body did not, however, named the venue for the draws.

The African Nations Cup is switching from the two years interval to three years. The qualifiers for the 2013 competition, which is still in the first round, will be completed on the weekend of October 12-14.

The 2013 competition will be held in South Africa. 16 teams in four groups will participate in the tournament
