On Wednesday, Chris Brown will appear in a Los Angeles courtroom to face a judge and discuss the 2009 Rihanna incident that left him on probation and with thousands of community service hours to complete.

During the court appearance, Breezy will update the judge on his probation stemming from the attack. It will be the first time Brown has appeared in court since he was arrested last month following a scuffle in Washington D.C.

According to the Associated Press:

A 20-year-old man accused Brown of punching him after he tried to get in a photo with the R&B singer.

Brown denied to police that he hit the man but was charged with misdemeanor assault.

Since then, the Grammy-winner has entered and left rehab for anger management treatment.

Brown?s probation for assaulting Rihanna was briefly revoked this summer after a hit-and-run incident. He was also ordered to redo 1,000 hours of community service because there were questions about whether he actually completed his initial penalty.

If Chris Brown is found guilty regarding the incident in Washington D.C., his probation will be revoked. He could spend up to four years in prison. We?ll keep you updated on the latest.
