“Women will be the barometer of this revolution”, Laure Zongo, Minister of Women, National Solidarity and Family Affairs in a statement said.
It was in her statement on the occasion of the international day of women right celebration.
The celebration, she said, came in a context of democratic renewal following the popular insurrection during which Burkina women played a very great role.
“It would be unthinkable to undertake development action without women”, Minister Zongo said.
